She was born Dec. 28, 1914, in Minster, to Henry and Emma (Weghorst) Senger. On Oct. 30, 1937, she married Edward C. Roettger, who survives. Other survivors are a son, Edward H. of Minster; two daughters and their husbands, Sharon and Walter Hoying, Sidney, and Linda and Gary Carr, Anna; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Deceased are a brother, Joe, and a grandchild. She was a kitchen aide at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, and was a member of St. Augustine Church, Minster. She was a former member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, Minster, and New Bremen Senior Citizens. Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery. Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. Contributions can be made to Joint Township Hospital, St. Marys
