Mr. Heil was retired from Highway Bridge Construction. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include a brother, Charles H. Heil of Lakeview and a sister, Esther Benedict of Bellefontaine. He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Services will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Van Horn Funeral Home, Lakeview. The Rev. James W. Sherrill will officiate. Burial will be in Lewistown Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
