Additional: Lima—Delphos "Lynn" Howard, 62, died at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2000, at Doctor's West Hospital, Columbus. He was born May 11, 1938, at Wapakoneta to Delphos R. Howard, who survives, and the late Elsie Marie (Hadsell) Howard. Mr. Howard was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 370 and Eagles Aerie 691, Wapakoneta. He was an employee at Pangles Master Market. Howard was a polio victim at 3 years of age. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckriede Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Hopkins officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Memorials may be directed to Forest Park United Methodist Church.
