Additional: Wapakoneta—Jamie E. Frazier, 79, of Camelot Drive, Wapakoneta, died at 2:27 p.m. Saturday, Oct 16, 1999, in St. Rita's Medical Center at Lima. She was born Oct. 24, 1919 at Wapakoneta to Mr. and Mrs. Otto Gass. On May 20, 1961, she married Don E. Frazier. He survives. Also Surviving are two sons, Jerry D. Werner of Coldwater and Charles J. Werner of Lima; a stepdaughter and son-in-law, Karen and Paul Haulsted of Spencerville; 10 grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Jack Werner; a brother; a half-brother and two half-sisters. Mrs. Frazier was a homemaker. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home at Wapakoneta with the Rev. James R. Sager officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery near Cridersville. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorails may be directed to the Wapakoneta Manor Activity Fund.
