Other survivors are a daughter and her husband, Kathleen and Jay Elshoff, St. Marys, and a daughter, Kay Wellman, Elida; a son, John of St. Marys; a sister Lucille Schwabero, New Knoxville; a brother-in-law, Eldred L. Wellman, New Knoxville; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Deceased are two children at birth. She was a homemaker and a former L.P.N. at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. She was a past president of New Knoxville High School Band Mothers and American Legion Post 444 auxiliary, and past den mother for the New Knoxville Cub Scouts. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, and its Quilters and Women's Guild, and Club 13 card club. Services are at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Gilberg Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. David Hunt officiating. Burial is at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville. Calling is at 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Contributions can be made to the church's radio fund.
