Additional: Florence E. Woehrmyer, 92, formerly of 31 N. Hanover St. in Minster, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, 1985 in Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster, where she had been a patient for the past five years. Born April 16, 1892 in Sidney, she was the daughter of Ferdinand and Elizabeth Thobe. She was married to Harry Woehrmyer, who died Oct. 8, 1943. Surviving are two daughters, Violet Vanderhorst, Mount Vernon, and Grace Warnock, Minster; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Clarence Thobe of Coldwater. A son, Maurice, two sisters and a brother are deceased. Mrs. Woehrmyer was a antique dealer and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. She had worked in the election polls in Minster for 54 years and was the first women in the area to work at the polls. Her funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the church with the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2--5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the N.J. Hogenkamp and Sons Funeral Home, Minster, where a wake service will be held at 8:30 p.m. that evening.
