Additional: Lewis F. Tipple, one of the pioneer residents of Mercer county, living near Neptune, died Thursday, July 6, aged 67 years and 6 months. He united with the Church of God at Neptune in March 1871, and the funeral services were conducted from his church Sunday afternoon by Rev. Chas. H. Gatchell, of Upper Sandusky, O. The remains were brought to St. Marys and interred in Elmgrove cemetery.
