Additional: Thelma Charline Sharp, 91, Fairborn, a longtime resident of St. Marys, died at 9:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, 2001, at her home. She was born June 29, 1909, in Marlinton, W.Va., the daughter of Lemuel M. and Margaret R. (Hinkle) Waugh. Survivors include a daughter, Peggy Jean Cassidy of Fairborn; a son, Jimmie E. Sharp of Ratcliff; a sister, Minty Vance of Georgia; a brother, Benjamin Waugh of Marlinton, W. Va.; 19 grandchildren; a great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Jane Defibaugh, Lela Alice Sowers and Christine Phillips; and three brothers, Renick Waugh, McKinley Waugh and Lawrence Elzworth Waugh. A homemaker, Mrs. Sharp attended the First Baptist Church in Enon. Memorial services will be held at a later date. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Burcham Funeral Home in Fairborn.
