Additional: Richard Albert Stoker, 68, Fort Wayne, Ind., formerly of St. Marys, died Monday, Dec. 25, 2000, at his home. He was born Sept. 13, 1932, in St. Marys, the son of William Henry and Vera Fay (Cottrell) Stoker. On Sept. 21, 1956, he married JoAnn Alday, who survives. Other survivors include a son, Richard E. Stoker of Huntertown, Ind.; two daughters, Barbara A. Clifton and Linda S. Arthur, both of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Carol W. Stoker of Fort Wayne and Benny L. Stoker of St. Marys; a sisters Vera Irene Stahey of Loughman, Fla.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Stoker was a truck driver with Don R. Fruchey in Fort Wayne for 35 years, retiring in 1995. He was involved with Teamsters, Local 414 and was a member of Meadow Crest Brethren Church, both in Fort Wayne. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home in Fort Wayne. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery in Fort Wayne. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the family.
