She was born Feb. 14, 1912 in Sidney, the daughter of Ross R. and Maud E. (Banning) Glick. On Sept. 30, 1930, she married Theodore F. Smith, who died Sept. 30, 1982. Survivors include a son, William Smith of Fort Loramie; two daughters, Ruth Ann (Dale) Hemlinger and Mary McKibben, both of Sidney; a brother, Wayne Glick of Sidney; a sister, Donna Barlion of Sidney; nine grandchildren; 34 great- grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren and eight great- great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, three sisters, two brothers, a half-brother and two grandchildren. Mrs. Smith was a homemaker. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cromes Funeral Home in Sidney with the Rev. Joe F. Pumphrey officiating. Burial will follow in Shelby Memory Gardens in Sidney. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
