Additional: Augusta M. Seibert, 77, Middle Pike Road, Wapakoneta, died at 10:57 a.m. Monday, Feb. 5, 2001, in the emergency room of Lima Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness. She was born Oct. 8, 1923, in Union Township, Auglaize County, the daughter of August and Gertrude (Holl) Johns. On Sept. 20, 1945, she married Robert E. Seibert, who survives. Also surviving is a son, Kenneth E. Siebert of Wapakoneta. A homemaker, Mrs. Seibert was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Wapakoneta. A 1941 graduate of Blume High School in Wapakoneta, she was a member of the Auglaize County Farm Bureau. She enjoyed working in her garden. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta with the Rev. Kiernan P. Darcy officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the St. John's Rescue Squad.
