Other survivors are a son, Jasper of Wood River, Ill.; two brothers, Jerry of East Alton, and Roland of Union City, Ohio; two sisters and their husbands, Linda and Larry Powers, New Bremen, and Rhonda and Gary Coverstone, Anna; a fiancee, Beverly Herrin, East Alton, and a grandson. Deceased are his father and two brothers, Daniel and Ricky. He was a self-employed contractor. Memorial services were held in Wood River, Ill. Contributions can be made to the grandson's trust fund.
