Additional: Jacob Wesley Lewis, 81, of 315 N. West, St. Marys, died early Thursday morning in Joint Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient 2 1/2 months.

He was born Jan. 10, 1883 in Auglaize County. He was married Jan. 24, 1907, to Mathilda Koehn, who died in 1963.

Surviving are three sons, Ralph of St. Marys, Robert of Wapakoneta, and Lt. Col. Edward Lewis, U. S.A.F. Academy, Colorado Springs; a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite Pennock of San Francisco; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Mr. Lewis retired in 1957 from Goodyear here.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Yoder-Long Funeral Home, St. Marys, with Roger G. Phillips officiating.

Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery.
