Additional: Lakeview—Lois Freida Koudelka, 81, formerly of New Hampshire, died at 12:50 p.m. Friday at Medina General Hospital, Medina. She was born May 5, 1910 in New Hampshire, the daughter of Elzie D. and Bessie Barns Myers. She married Wilbur Koudelka who survives. Mrs. Koudelka was a homemaker. Survivors also include a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Lois) Nixon of Lodi; a brother, Carnott Myers of Lakeview; and a granddaughter. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Van Horn Funeral Home, Lakeview, with Pastor R. Logan Platt officiating. Burial will be in Walnut Hill Cemetery, New Hampshire. Friends may call 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
