Additional: Carl W. Katterheinrich, 86, of here, died Friday afternoon at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital where he was taken from Auglaize Acres earlier in the day. Mr. Katterheinrich was born March 24, 1903, in Washington Township, Auglaize County, the son of W.G. and Mary Lageman Katterheinrich. Mr. Katterheinrich had been employed by Crane and McMahon, Kattman Feed Store and Auglaize School Workshop. He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church. Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Milton (Mabel) Kattman and Mrs. Arnold (Martha) Meckstroth, both of St. Marys. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Wayne Street Methodist Church, St. Marys, Rev. John C. Wine officiating. Burial will be in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville. Friends may call anytime Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, where the family will be present 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Auglaize School or Wayne Street United Methodist Church.
