Additional: Louis C. Hafner, age 74, Minster, died Saturday morning at 8 o'clock at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hafner, Jr. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Hafner had left Minster seven weeks ago due to his illness. He married Cecilia Rusch in 1910 and she preceded him in death March 14, 1956. Surviving with the son are two daughters, Janet and Patricia Hafner. He was a member of St. Augustine church in Minster, a charter member of the St. Augustine choir, a charter member of the Cataract Fire Company, a member of the Holy Name Society and a member of the Knights of Columbus. A Requiem High Mass will be conducted at nine o'clock Wednesday morning at St. Augustine church with Rev. William Meyer officiating. Burial will be in the chruch cemetery. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp funeral home in Minster after 2 p.m. Tuesday.
