Additional: Eighteen year old Dianna Kay Helmlinger of Wapakoneta was pronounced dead on arrival Sunday at 4:15 a.m. at Lima Memorial hospital of injuries suffered in a car-truck collision at the interchange of old route 33 and U.S. 75. Her death was attributed to a fractured skull. Miss Helmlinger resided at 511 Washington street, Wapakoneta. She was the daughter of Edwin and Violet West Helmlinger of the same address. She was born September 18, 1946 in Lima. She was a member of the First Methodist church in Wapakoneta and was a graduate of Wapakoneta high school with the class of 1964. She was an employee of the Fisher Cheese Co., Wapakoneta. Surviving in addition to her parents are two brothers, Marion E. serving with the U. S. Air Force, England and Edwin Jr. of Bowling Green, O. Funeral rites will take place Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Siferd Funeral Home, Wapakoneta. The Rev. Fletcher Shoup will officiate with burial to follow in St. Joseph's cemetery, Wapakoneta. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
