She was born on Sept. 16, 1913, in Guernsey County, the daughter of Charles Elmer and Jenny (Mathers) Thacker. On Feb. 23, 1933, she married Otis L. Graves, who died June 30, 1967. Survivors are three sons and their wives, Ray and Linda of Pandora, Claude and Georgene of Blacklick, and Don and Julie of St. Marys; a daughter and her husband, JoAnne and Larry Stevens, Chillicothe; 10 grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. Deceased are two sons, Gene and Keith, two brothers, Willard and Ralph Thacker; and six sisters, Evalena Barnett, Ethel Class, Marguerite Dusz, Hazel Hutchinson, Myrta Mae Dearth and Eileen Miller. She was a former employee of Goodyear, St. Marys, and retired from Fisher Cheese Co., Wapakoneta. She was a member of First Baptist Church, St. Marys, and was a graduate of Coalton High School. Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Donald L. Brown officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys. Calling is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home. Contributions can be made to the K.C. Geiger Park Improvement Fund.
