In October 1937, she married Cleve (Nick) Gossard, who died Dec. 21, 1981. Other survivors are two sons and their wives, Barry and Sally, and David and Kathleen, all of St. Marys; a son, Bruce A. of California; a daughter, Susan E. of St. Marys; and a sister and her husband, Carolyn and Dr. Thomas Hudson, St. Marys. Deceased are a sister, Evelyn Schultz, and a brother, Howard W. Schultz. She was a homemaker and a member of and served as the church women's secretary/treasurer at Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys. She was a 1936 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Joachim K. Wilck officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys. Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Contributions can be made to Darke-Mercer County Hospice or the church.
