Additional: Willis H. Fledderjohann, 73, of New Knoxville, died at 7:13 p.m. Friday, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born Oct. 19, 1919, in Auglaize County, the son of Herman and Emilie Eschmeyer Fledderjohann. A lifelong farmer, Mr. Fledderjohann graduated from New Knoxville High school. He was a member of the New Knoxville Historical Society, the First United Church of Christ and its adult Sunday School Class. Survivors include several nieces and nephews, Donald Kuck of Corpus Christi, Texas, Mark Kuck, of Upper Montclair, N.J., Charles K. Kuck of Dublin, John Kuck of Tonawanda, N.Y., Mrs. Jerry (Doris) Shroyer of St. Marys, Mrs. Danny (Donna) Shroyer of New Bremen, Roger Deerhake and James Deerhake, both of Columbus and Dean Deerhake of Lebanon. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Edna M. Kuck, Alice Deerhake and Marie Settlage. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the First United Church of Christ in New Knoxville, the Rev. David Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilger Ruhe Cemetery in New Knoxville. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Vornholt-MIller Funeral Home, New Knoxville. Memorial contributions may be made to the exterior restoration fund for the First United Church of Christ.
