Additional: Marion Nelson Erb, 75, died at 8 p.m. Sunday at Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home. He was born Aug. 10, 1909 in Botkins, the son of Julius and Amelia Grieves Erb. On May 17, 1928, he married Margrete Spees, who survives. Mr. Erb was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Wapakoneta Senior Citizens and was a licensed boiler engineer and was also an attendant at Fisher Cheese. Survivors also include a daughter, Mrs. John (Lois) Pester of Wapakoneta,; two sons, Nelson Erb of Wapakoneta and Norman Erb of Angola, Ind; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Rev. Harold Thiedt officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at Patrick Heinl Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the church memorial fund.
