Additional: Harry S. Dawson, 63, of Indianapolis, Ind., died of a heart attack at his home at 6 a.m. Friday. He was born Aug. 25, 1895 in Auglaize County and had lived in Indianapolis the past 17 years. He was a government inspector at the stock yards. His wife Irma (Douglas) Dawson survives along with two sons, James of Miami, Fla., and Byron E. of LaSalle, Ill; one daughter, Mrs. David Heffner of Lafayette, seven grandchildren and one brother, David Dawson of Waynesfield; two sisters, Mrs. Ada Lee of Lima and Mrs. Leora Endsley of Toledo. He was a member of the Robert Park Methodist Churc, Indianapolis and several Masonic bodies. He was serving one year as worthy patron of the Order of Eastern Star. He was a World War I Veteran. The body will be brought from Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Home, Indianapolis to the McAuley Funeral Home, Sunday, where services will be held at 4:15 p.m. Rev. William A. Ervin of the Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Branch Cemetery. Friends may call after noon Sunday at the funeral home and until time of services.
