Additional: Frederick C. "Fritz" Drury, 79, 11751 Bay Road, Wapakoneta, died at 12:11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, 2001, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys. He was born July 14, 1921, in Wapakoneta, the son of Wiliam L. and Nellie L. (Sheipline) Drury. On April 12, 1945, he married Dolly Tabler, who survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Judy (Harry) Haggard of Lima and Joyce (Jim) Miller of Wapakoneta; a sister, Virginia Dardio of Wapakoneta; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Drury was a retired truck driver, having worked for 28 years. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 767 in St. Marys and was a retired member of Teamster Union 654 in Dayton. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Long & Folk Funeral Home in Wapakoneta with the Rev. Elaine Mikesell officiating. Cremation will follow with burial of the cremains in St. Joseph Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
