Additional: New Bremen, O, April 11,—Infirmities of old age claimed the life of Mrs. Katherine Margaret Burmeister, 85, Saturday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock in the St. Marys Nursing Home where she had been a patient for the past five weeks. Mrs. Burmeister had been ailing for five years. Three and a half years she resided with a nephew, Frank Buckloh and for one year with her granddaughter, Mrs. Charles Heil. The deceased was born January 13, 1864, south of New Bremen, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Fuelling. On February 5, 1908, she was married to Fred Burmeister who died November 13, 1932. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Alma Tealle of Flint, Mich., Two stepsons, Herb Burmeister of Sidney and Edwin Burmeister of New Bremen; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was a member of the St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church and of the Ladies Aid. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Gilberg and Hegemeier funeral home with Rev. E.H. Bassler officiating. Burial will be in Willow Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home any time.
