She was born Sept. 17, 1923, in St. Marys, the daughter of Albert H. and Amanda S. (Eversman) Prueter. On Dec. 31, 1949, she married Warner Raymond Bruinsslot, who died March 25, 1984. Survivors include a brother, Albert H. (Anne) Prueter of Perrysburg; a sister-in-law, DeLourdes Prueter of Lima; three nephews, Dennis (Pam) Prueter of Lima, Larry (Pam) Prueter of Westerville and Kyle (Ann) Prueter of Perrysburg; a niece, Kay (Richard) Teeters of St. Marys; five great-nieces and nephews and a great-great-nephew. She was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Prueter, and a brother, Lelon J. Prueter. Mrs. Bruinsslot was retired as a data processor for Super Foods (IGA) in Bellefontaine. She was a lifelong member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints (R.L.D.S.) in St. Marys. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Long & Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys with the Rev. L. Woodyard officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the American Lung Association.
