Wapakoneta Additional: Another in the series of interesting social events was the marriage of Earl Bradley Doering and Miss Cora Bertha Kreitzer on Thursday, Jan. 14, 1904, at 3:30 o'clock p.m. at the parsonage of the First Lutheran church. The ceremony which was a very pretty abridged ring service of the ritual was performed by the pastor. Rev. J.H. Culler. Besides the pastor's family there was present a merry company of young friends, including Clyde DAVIS, Della Doering, Harry G. FISHER and wife, J.F. MOSER and Miss Edith MCFARLAND, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Doering. After very hearty congratulations from all present the pair went by electic train to Sidney and later to Cincinnati. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Doering and is associated with his father in the hardware business. The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Kreitzer and is a young lady of varied accomplishments. These young people will reside in Wapakoneta. |
