Additional: Mrs. Wilhelmina Wierwille, New Knoxville, widow of Benjamin H. Wierwille, died Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Valley Nursing Home, where she had been a patient for two years and three months. Death was caused by a heart attack. She was 87 years Old. Born October 12, 1884, in Shelby County, she was the daughter of F.H. and Sophia Meckstroth Fledderjohn. On May 1, 1905, she was married to Benjamin H. Wierwille, who died in 1963. Left to mourn her death are four children, Mrs. Karl (Velma) Koepke, Canton, Mrs. Myron (Luella) Eversman, New Knoxville, the Rev. Nathan Wierwille, Cincinnati, and the Rev. Linus Wierwille, New Glarus, Wisconsin; one sister, Mrs. Wesley (Elizabeth) Lammers, New Knoxville; two brothers, Herman Fledderjohn, Toledo; and Reinhart Fledderjohn, Scottsdale, Arizona; and eight grandchildren. Twin sons died in infancy. Also preceding her in death were four sisters, Mrs. Herman (Emma) Kuck, Mrs. Lewis (Caroline) Eversman, Mrs. William (Lydia) Rodeheffer, and Mrs. Fred (Matilda) Lammers; and two brothers, Henry and Silas Fledderjohn. Mrs. Wierwille was a member of the First United Church of Christ at New Knoxville, the Ladies Aid Society, the Women's Guild, and the Bible Class. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 4, at 2 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Kenneth H. Worthman in charge. Interment will be in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery. Friends may call at the Vornholt Funeral Home, New Knoxville from 6 to 9 p.m. today and until noon Sunday, after which the body will be taken to the church to lie in state until the hour of the services.
