Additional: Ruby C. Salutz, 79, 428 S. Walnut St., New Bremen, died Monday Jan. 22, 2001, at her home. She was born Nov. 26, 1921, in Reedsville, Wisc., the daughter of William and Anna (Kunert) Krueger. On July 17, 1943, she married Florian J. Salutz, who died Nov. 2, 1990. Survivors include three daughters Janet L. (John) Stephenson of Dayton and Carol J. (Sherman) Saylor and Susan K. richey, both of Sidney; a sister, Evelyn Platt of Baraboo, Wisc.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Salutz was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Sidney. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at St. Mark's Episcopal Church with the Rev. Harvey Buxton officiating. Burial will follow at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Cromes Funeral Home in Sidney.
