Additional: Mary H. Stone, 96, of Cedar Rd., Lyndhurst, died Saturday at Wickliffe Country Place in Wickliffe. She was born April 4, 1901 in Washington Twp. to Louis and Sophia (Lutterbeck) Hoelscher. In 1922 she received her Nurse's Degree from Fairview Park Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cleveland Hts. Survivors include her husband, since 1923, Dr. Sidney J. Stone Sr., son Dr. Sidney J. Stone Jr., of Waite Hill, daughter Charlotte Ann (Stone) Gillmore of Mentor, seven grandchildren, one great- grandchild, brother Max Hoelscher of Lancaster, Pa. and sister Helena Hoelscher of Lyndhurst. She was preceded in death by her brothers; Enoch and Julius Hoelscher, and sisters Adeline Meckstroth and Elizabeth Koenig. Calling Hours will be held 7-9 PM Tuesday at the Bissler & Sons Funeral Home in Kent, where funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, with Rev. Stephen Spence Officiating. Burial will be in Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent. In Lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
