Additional: Frank Snowden, a colored man, was found dead with a broken neck on South Front Street. The general opinion was that he had fallen while in a drunken and dazed condition and hit his head on the electric light pole. The body was viewed by Coroner Hunter and turned over to Vore's undertaking establishment until the inquest. Snowden came to St. Marys several months ago and lived for some time in the north part of town working at anything he could do. He did not seem to be able to get much work and his wife (a white woman) returned to Toledo where she claimed she could procure work. Snowden also has a sister in Cleveland.
