Additional: Forrest H. Patterson, 82, Defiance Commons, Apartment 13-A, died at 10:23 a.m. Sept. 29, at Wapakoneta Manor. He was born July 1, 1918, in Breckinridge, Mich., to John and Stella (Penny) Patterson. On March 13, 1953, he married Patricia Ann Cable, who survives at the residence. Other survivors are six children and their spouses, Henry and Marie, Sidney; Tony and Starlene Mallory, Sidney; Ken and Kathy, Buena Vista, Calif.; Randy and Terri Tomberlin and Brian and Teresa, St. Marys, and Ronnie and Jeannie Henry, Irvine, Texas, 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Deceased are two sisters, Sara Miller and Tenia Sanders, a brother, Sam, and a granddaughter. He was retired from Parker-Hannifin Corp., in St. Marys and was a veteran of the Ohio Defense Corps. Graveside funeral services are 12 p.m. Monday at Harris Creek Cemetery, Bradford, Elder Marlene Ashbaugh officiating. Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, is in charge of funeral arrangements.
