Additional: Wapakoneta—Ronald G. Mann, 69, Kettlersville Road, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, 1999, at his residence. He was born Nov. 12, 1930 in Shelby County to Gust and Sophie Wildermuth Mann. On Sept. 6, 1952, he married Donna J. Niemeyer and she survives. He is also survived by three sons; Don and Kim Mann of Delaware, David and Patricia Mann of Jackson Center, Deane and Regina Mann of Wapakoneta; a sister, Ruby Clausing of Wapakoneta; eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Marvin. A lifetime farmer, Mr. Mann was a school bus driver for 36 years, retiring in 1995 for the Wapakoneta City schools. He also drove truck for Thaman Inc., Botkins and Norris Milk Haulers, Wapakoneta. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was a present trustee on the church council. He had served as an elder, deacon and a long-time choir member. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church with the Rev. Daniel Fugate officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Bayliff and Eley Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the church. Memorials may be directed to the church.
