Additional: Frances C. McNamee, 93, formerly of 815 S. Ash St., St. Marys, died at 5:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2000 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys following a long illness. She was born April 24, 1907, in New Bremen, the daughter of William and Sophie (Luedeke) Topp. She first married Wilbur Burd, who preceded her in death, and then married William McNamee, who also died. Survivors include a daughter, Anna (Kenneth) Moser of Lima with whom she has resided for the past year; a daughter-in-law, Katherine Burd of St. Marys; 14 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ruth Hoselton and a son, Paul Burd. Mrs. McNamee was previously employed at the DWG Cigar Factory and the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, both in St. Marys. She was a member of the St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys with the Rev. Patricia Minnick officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
