Additional: Winona Lininger, 90, of St. Marys, died at 9:05 p.m. Dec. 31 at the St. Marys Living Center, where she had resided since 1998. She was born March 29, 1911, in St. Marys, to Harry and Ruth (Hardin) Joyce. On Oct. 28, 1927, she married Wilbur Lininger and he died March 6, 1984. Surviving are a son and his wife, Ronald and Peg of St. Marys; two daughters, Betty Kaye Katterheinrich and Sarah Ann McPheron, also of St. Marys; a brother, Robert Joyce, Ada; 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Deceased are three brothers, John, Harry and Lester Joyce; two sisters, Mildred Schoonmaker and Virginia Kettler; and a grandson. She was a homemaker and a former employee of G.C. Murphy Co., St. Marys. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, St. Marys. Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. James Nuhfer officiating. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys. Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
