(Brueggeman) Kuest. Surviving are a sister, Alma Kuest, and a brother, Henry Kuest, both of New Bremen. Deceased are a sister and her husband, Esther and Emil Schroer. She was a retired bookkeeper from Lock Two Grain and Milling Co., New Bremen, and formerly worked as a sales clerk at the Arcade Department Store. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, New Bremen, where she was a member of the Capsule, sang in the choir and served as a Sunday School teacher for 32 years in the primary department. Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. John W. Tostrick officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen. Calling is 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Contributions can be made to the church memorial fund.
