Additional: Mrs. Ella R. Holtkamp, 81, of 106 E. Spring St., New Knoxville, died at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday in Joint Township District Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for four and one-half weeks. Death was attributed to complications. Born May 22, 1896 in New Knoxville, she was the daughter of William and Magdalena (Lammers) Haberkamp. On Nov. 28, 1918, she was married to Julius Holtkamp who died Sept 29, 1969. Surviving are two sons, Calvin, Mansfield, and Glenn, Chattanooga, Tenn; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Julius H., Toledo, and a sister, Mrs. George (Sarah) Katterheinrich, R.R. Wapakoneta. Four brothers and two sisters preceded Mrs. Holtkamp in death. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Richard B. Meckstroth officiating. Burial will be in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery. Friends may call at the Vornholt Funeral Home, New Knoxville, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday and until 11:30 a.m. Saturday when the body will be taken to the church to lie in state until time of services.
