Additional: Robert E. Golladay Sr. of Fairfield Drive, Paw Paw, Mich., a former St. Marys resident, died Wednesday afternoon at Lakeview Community Hospital in Paw Paw. Born Aug. 11, 1920 in Columbus, he was the son of Dr. Robert and Alberta Golladay. On Jan. 30, 1942, he married Anna F. Lavely in Columbus. She survives Other survivors include a son, Robert E. Golladay Jr. of Paw Paw; one daughter, Mrs. Stephen (Audrey) McCormick of Allegan, Mich; three grandchildren, three sisters, Audrey Whitehead of Rapid City, S.D.; Evelyn Vallee and Ethel Young, both of Coumbus. Mr. Golladay was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. In 1964, he and his family moved to Paw Paw from St. Marys. He had been employed as an investigator of the Van Buren County Friends of the Court. Mr. Golladay was past president of the Kiwanis Club in Paw Paw. He was a member of the Cove City, Ohio Masonic Lodge 689; McGowen-Johnson Post 68 American Legion in Paw Paw; Housing commission and Paw Paw Township board of Revue. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Presbyterian Church, Paw Paw with the Rev. Nelson Lumm officiating. There will be no visitation. The body has been cremated and will be buried after graveside services at Galloway Cemetery in Galloway, Ohio. Preferred memorial is the church. Hawley Funeral Home in Paw Paw is in charge of arrangements.
