Survivors are two daughters and their husbands, Barbara and William Shelby of Sunbury, and Lynn and Ron Schweitzer of Wapakoneta; a daughter, Susan Warner, Newark; a son and his wife, Bruce and Ellen of New Knoxville; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Deceased is a brother, Forrest Thomas. She was a registered nurse and retired from Heritage Manor, Minster. She was a member of First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville. Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial is at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville. Calling is from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today, at Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home, New Knoxville. Contributions can be made to the Romania Mission of the church.
