Additional Information: New Knoxville, July 28-The body of
Harry EVERSMAN, 27 year old son of Fred EVERSMAN, Toledo,
formerly of New Knoxville, was recovered last night at 6
o'clock from Lake Erie. The young man drowned Tuesday in the
lake when his boat capsized about a half-mile off shore
during a wind squall. Two companions made shore. Mr. EVERSMAN
is survived by his wife and a small son; his father, Fred
EVERSMAN, Toledo, these aunts and uncles, N.P., Elmer, Harvey
and Wesley KATTERHEINRICH, New Knoxville, Mrs. George F.
KNIERIM, Casey, Ill. George EVERSMAN, New Bremen, Phillip
EVERSMAN, Kettlersville, and Mrs. Henry KOGGE, Florida. His
mother died about a year ago. Funeral services were held for
him this afternoon in Toledo. Mr. and Mrs. N.P.
KATTERHEINRICH attended the services.

Additional Information: Philip W. EVERSMAN, 78, retired
farmer of Kettlersville, died this morning at 3:40 at the
Joint Township Memorial Hospital. Death was attributed to a
heart attack following an illness of nine days. He was born
to Herman and Elsie VANOTRICK EVERSMAN June 29, 1878, in
Shelby County. He was married March 20, 1901, to Sara
SCHROLUCKE who preceded him in death November 13, 1923.
Surviving are four children, Mrs. Harry MOELLENKAMP, New
Knoxville, Ray, New Knoxville, Albert, Piqua, and Mrs.
William CORY, St. Paris, five grandchildren, two great
grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Sarah KOGGE, Jacksonville,
Fla. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2
o'clock in the Methodist church, New Knoxville, of which he
was a member. The Rev. J.R. Wynd will officiate. Burial will
be in the Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville. Friends may
call at the Vornholt Funeral Home, New Bremen after Friday
noon until 10 o'clock Saturday morning when the body will be
removed to the church to lie in state from 11 o'clock to 2
p.m.

Additional Information: Rites will conducted at 2 p.m.
Saturday in the Vornholt Funeral Home, New Knoxville, for
Harry H. MOELLENKAMP, 87, formerly of New Knoxville. He died
at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday in Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys
where he had been a patient several years. Death was due to
complications following a stroke. Born March 10, 1892, in New
Knoxville, he was the son of Bernhard and Anna (EGGERS)
MOELLENKAMP. He was married in 1914 to Sarah KATTERHEINRICH
who died in 1933. Then in 1935, he was married to Mabel
EVERSMAN and she died in 1968. Surviving are two daughters
Mrs. Wilson (Clara) GRIDER, St. Marys, and Mrs. James
(Phyllis) GODWIN, Mendon, and six grandchildren. Three
sisters, Margaret, Nora and Esther, and a brother, Henry,
preceded Mr. MOELLENKAMP in death. He was a member of the
United Methodist Church, New Knoxville, had been a Sunday
School Superintendent was a member of the church board. He
retired from the St. Marys Woolen Mill and was a retired
carpenter. The Rev. Jon W. Barker will officiate at the
service with burial in Pilger Ruhe Cemetery. Friends may call
at the funeral home from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday and until the
time of services on Saturday. Preferred charity is the United
Methodist Church Memorial Fund.

Knoxville, June 19-Mrs. Sarah Emma MOELLENKAMP, wife of Harry
MOELLENKAMP, died at her home here at the age of fifty years.
Left to mourn her death are her husband and daughter, Clara,
at home, and these sisters, and brothers: Mrs. H.H. WELLMAN,
Mrs. J.A.W. COOK, Louis and Benjamin KATTERHEINRICH, all
living in or near New Knoxville, and William KATTERHEINRICH,
of near St. Marys. Mrs. MOELLENKAMP was a faithful member of
the Methodist church here. Funeral services will be held at 2
o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Methodist church with the
Rev. J.C. Kluesner officiating. Burial will take place in
Pilger Ruhe cemetery.

MOELLENKAMP, age 65, wife of Harry MOELLENKAMP, 305 1/2 West
Bremen Street, New Knoxville, died at 1:36 a.m. today at
Joint Township Memorial hospital. She died of a heart attack.
Mrs. MOELLENKAMP had been admitted to the hospital only an
hour before her death. Mrs. MOELLENKAMP was born April 23,
1903 in Auglaize County, a daughter of the late Philip and
Sarah SCHROLUCKE EVERSMAN. On June 14, 1935 she was married
to Harry MOELLENKAMP who survives along with two daughters,
Mrs. Wilson (Clara) GRIDER, St. Marys and Mrs. James
(Phyllis) GODWIN, Mendon, four grandchildren, two brothers,
Albert, Piqua and Raymond EVERSMAN, New Knoxville and one
sister, Mrs. William (Ruth) CORY, Sidney. She was a member of
the New Knoxville Methodist church and the W.S.C.S., of the
church. Funeral services are arranged for 2 p.m. Monday at
teh Vornholt Funeral Home, New Knoxville, with the Rev.
Raymond L. Thompson officiating. Burial will take place in
Pilger Ruhe cemetery, New Knoxville. Friends may call at the
funeral home any time Sunday and until 11 a.m. Monday. The
family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
p.m.

89, 7920 Ft. Loramie-Swanders Road, Anna died at 7:15
Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2000, at the Dorothy Love Retirement
Community in Sidney following a two-week illness. She was
born Aug. 10.1911, in Minster, the daughter of Joseph and
Anna (Kaiser) Steuve. On April 27, 1938, she married Urban
Benanzer, who survives. Other survivors include a daughter,
Joan (Ray) MASSEY of Anna and five grandchildren. She was
preceded in death by four sisters and seven brothers. A
homemaker, Mrs. Benanzer was a member of St. Michael Catholic
Church in Fort Loramie. She was also a member of St. Anne
Ladies Sodality of the church. Funeral services will be at
10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael Catholic Church with the
Rev. Steven Shoup and the Rev. Chris Wittman officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery in St. Patrick.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 10
a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster. Memorials
may be directed to the St. Michael Catholic Church

S. Wayne St., St. Marys, died at 9:25 p.m. Friday, March 7,
1986 in Lima Memorial Hospital. He was born April 4, 1901,
in Spencerville, to Ulysses Grant and Virgina Ida (Kiracof)
Fritz. On June 30, 1923, he married Caroline K. Botkin, who
died July 27, 1967. On Nov. 23, 1973, he married Elizabeth
Sunderland Ellsworth, who survives. Mr. Fritz moved to St.
Marys in 1926. He retired as a supervisor from the Weston
Paper Manufacturing Co. in St. Marys. He was a member of the
First Presbyterian Church of St. Marys which he had served as
a elder and trustee, and of the Mercer Lodge 121 F& AM
and the Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton. Other survivors
include one daughter, Mrs. David (Gloria) FREET, Covina,
Calif.; a granddaughter, Mrs. Chester (Susan) HALL, Walnut,
Calif; a grandson, Michael Freet, Escondido, Calif; five
great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Harry (Nellie) SLECHTER
of Lima; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in
death by two brothers, Carl and Leo. Services will be at 2
p.m. Monday at Long and Folk Funeral Home, Yoder &
Chapel, with the Rev. Duncan Nichol officiating. Burial will
follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens. The family will receive
friends from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral
home. The Mercer Lodge will conduct Masonic services at 9
p.m. in the home, to be followed by a Scottish Rite ring
service.

S. Prueter, 92, of New Knoxville, died at 4 p.m. on Friday,
March 7, 1986, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital
in St. Marys. She died of complications arising from a stroke
and she had been ill for the past month. She was born on
October 20, 1893 in New Knoxville. She was the daughter of
William and Wilhelmina (Lutterbein) Duhme. She married August
F. Prueter on Dec. 25, 1915, and he preceded her in death on
April 6, 1962. Survivors include eight children, Earl of
Lyons, Paul of New Bremen, James of New Knoxville, Elwood of
New Knoxville, Don of New Knoxville, Mrs. Don (Naomi) HOWE of
New Knoxville, Mrs. Ralph (Irma) HOELSCHER of New Knoxville,
and Mrs. Wayne (Nancy) BAMBAUER of New Knoxville; 23
grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and a stepsister, Mrs.
Leroy (Edith) MECKSTROTH. She was preceded in death by one
daughter, two granchildren, one sister, Mrs. Amil (Edna)
SCHNEIDER; and two brothers, Raymond and Herman Duhme. She
was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, the First
United Church of Christ, the women's guild and the adult
Bible classes. She had been a homemaker. Services will be

"Betty" Wisener, 65, of Defiance Commons in
Wapakoneta, died at 1:09 a.m. today, March 8, 1986 at St.
Rita's Medical Center in Lima after a one-week illness. She
was born Feb. 14, 1921, in West Virginia, to Henry and
Elizabeth (Beighy) Hass. She was retired from Niswonger
Chevrolet-Oldsmobile in Wapakoneta. She also worked part-time
at the West Central Ohio Special Education Center in
Wapakoneta. She was a member of the First English Luthern
Church in Wapakoneta. Survivors include three children;
Robert Paul Wisener Jr. of Columbus, Mrs. Joseph (Paula)
BRAUN of Wapakoneta and Thomas Wisener of Fort Loramie; seven
grandchildren; and a sister Ethel Haas of Pittsburgh. A
brother, Joseph, is deceased. Services will be held at 10:30
a.m. Tuesday at First English Lutheran Church with the Rev.

Katterhenry, 73, of 2454 Bay Breeze St, died at 3:40 p.m.
Monday at Cape Coral Nursing Pavilion, Cape Coral, Fla,
following an extended illness. During the summer months he
lived at 241 Marsh Drive, Sandy Beach in St. Marys. He was
born Jan 6, 1913, in Auglaize County the son of William A.
and Amanda Elizabeth (Feil) Katterhenry. On March 7, 1939, he
married Louetta "Boot" Lynch, who survives. Mr.
Katterhenry was a retired farmer and carpenter. He was a
member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys. In
addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Mrs.
Sam (Kathryn) SWARTZ of St. Marys, and Mrs. Ed (Mary Ann)
SHROYER of Wapakoneta; three grandchildren; and one sister,

N. Wiehe, 80, formerly of St. Marys, died Thursday, June 8,
2000. She was born Aug. 4, 1919 in New Bremen to Arnold and
Nora Blase Luebkeman. On Nov. 16, 1939, she married Victor
Wiehe, who survives in Wildwood. She is survived by six sons;
Paul and Carolyn of New Knoxville, Roger and Sandi of Celina,
Wayne and Judy of Celina, Dale and Peg of Celina, Gene and
Glenna of Palmer, Alaska, and Dennis and Barb of St. Marys;
one sister, Helen DICKE of New Bremen; 13 grandchildren; and
seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a
brother, Fredrick Luebkeman. Mrs. Wiehe was a press operator
for ten years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber and worked for many
years with her husband at Johns Furniture in St. Marys. She
was a 27 year member of American Legion Post 323 Auxiliary.
She was a former member of St. Paul United Church of Christ
in St. Marys and Faith Presbyterian Church in Wildwood.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of
the family at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Memorials may be
directed to Faith Presbyterian Church or mailed to Miller
Funeral Home in St. Marys.

at St. Marys Living Center. He was born Jan. 7, 1925 in
Richmond, Ind. to Wiliam E. And Lottie V. Jenkins Chris. On
Nov. 28, 1942, he married Alberta Marie Thomas, who died Dec.
22, 1991. He is survived by three daughters: Susan and James
CRAIG of St. Marys, Viola and Dennis TODD of North Bend,
Wash., Bonnie and Greg GARY of St. Marys; two sons; William
and Robert, both of North Bend; seven grandchildren and six
great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother,
Alfred. He was the last of his immediate family. Mr. Chris
was retired from Holsum Bakery in Richmond. He had been
involved with the Boy Scouts organization. Funeral services

Douglas Robert Nuss, 13, of 1550 New Knoxville Road, St.
Marys, died at 7:06 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 1986 in
Universiy Hospital, Columbus. He died of complications of
muscular dystrophy, with which he had been ill for eight
years. He was born in Joint Township District Hospital, St.
Marys, on Aug. 4, 1972, to Donald D. and Susan E. (Wynn)
Nuss, Sr., who survive. A seventh-grade student at McBroom
School, he was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ
and Boy Scout Troop 236. He received the Arrow of Light award
as a member of Cub Scout Pack 136. McBroom School Principal
Newton Triplett this morning read a testimonial over the
public address system at the school and a moment of silence
followed. Teachers, staff and students will also be
collecting money for a donation to the family's preferred
memorials. Surviving in addition to his parents are a
brother, Donald D. Nuss Jr., at home; his maternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George CHILES, St. Marys; paternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nuss, St. Marys, maternal
great-grandmother, Lottie Wynn HARPER, Haines City, Fla.; and
many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by
his maternal grandfather, Joseph Edward Wynn. The Rev. Dennis
Snell will officiate at services Monday at 2 p.m. at the
church; burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Friends may call Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2
to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Long and Folk Funeral Homes Yoder
Chapel, St. Marys. Memorial contributions may be made to St.

William J. "Bill" Miller Sr., 70, 33 E. South St.
New Bremen, died at 7:35 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, 2000, at
Heritage Manor Nursing Center in Minster. He was born Nov. 7,
1929, to Daniel and Mary C. (Knuth) Miller. Survivors include
one close friend, Audy MCCULLOM of New Bremen; two sons,
Williiam (Kathy) Miller Jr. of Loubelville, Tenn., and Kevin
(Lorraine) Miller of Lawrenceville, Ga.: one daughter, Wanda
(Sam) STOKELY of Lima; two step-sons, David (Cathy) ERWIN of
Arcanum and Mark Erwin of Greenville; one step-daughter,
Monica BUCKINGHAM of Greenville; 12 grandchildren; four
great-grandchildren; two brothers, Theodore Miller of Lima
and Henry Miller of Wapakoneta; and three sisters, Francis
KEYSOR and Patricia HULL, both of Wapakoneta and Jaquie JONES
of Fort Recovery. He was preceded in death by one son,
Michael Miller; and six brothers, Gerald, Desmond, Eugene,
Vincent, Ronald and Daniel Miller. Mr. Miller was a member of
the Chruch of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen. He had owned
and operated Miller Insurance Agency in New Bremen prior to
his retirement. He previously served with the Ohio State
Highway Patrol and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict with
the U.S. Navy. He was a life-member of the American Legion
Post 241 of New Bremen, the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge
1391 of Minster and the AmVets Post 72 of Piqua, Past Master
Masonic Home Lodge 167, the Scottish Rite of Dayton, the
Antioch Temple Shrine of Dayton and the New Bremen Lions
Club. Funeral servcies were held at 10:30 a.m. today at the
Church of the Holy Redeemer in New Bremen with the Rev.
Daniel Conlon officiating. Following the funeral mass, Mr.
Miller's body was cremated. The remains wil be buried at a
later date at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Wapakoneta. Memorial
contributions may be made to the American Heart Association,
the American Cancer Society, the Hospice of Mercer/Darke
counties or to the charity of the donor's choice.

Heiland-Kies Road, Botkins, died at 7:30 a.m. Sunday, Oct.
15, 2000, at her residence. She was born Sept. 8, 1901, in
Fryburg, to John and Josephine (Speidel) Schneider. On June
22, 1926, she married Andrew J. OTT, who died Nov. 10, 1981.
Survivors include two sons, James A. (Delores) J. Ott and Leo
C. "Sonny" (Mary) Ott, both of Botkins; three
daughters, Martha L. (Charles A.) SCHWEITZER of Quincy and
JoAnn L. LUDWIG and Delores T. (John K.) WILSON, both of
Botkins; 28 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; 35 great-
great-grandchildren; one brother, Elmer (Sally) Schneider of
Portland, Ind.; one sister, Florence (Melvin) DULEBOHN of St.
Marys; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in
death by one daughter, Marie LONG; and seven brothers and
sisters. Mrs. Ott was a homemaker. She was a member of
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Botkins, and the
Ladies Sodality of the church. Mass of Christian Burial will
be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception
Catholic Church in Botkins with the Rev. James F. Trick
officiating. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception
Cemetery in Botkins. The family will receive friends from 3
to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Long & Folk Funeral Home,
Wapakoneta Chapel.

Darren Michael Ross, 27, 12147 Ohio 363, Minster, died at
3:55 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, 2000, at Aspen Acres Trailriding
Complex in Laurel, Ind., as the result of an all-terrain
vehicle (ATV) accident. He was born April 30, 1973, in St.
Marys to Dale and Elaine (Heitkamp) Ross, who are deceased.
Survivors include one brother, James Ross of Minster;
paternal grandmother, Amanda HOOK of St. Marys; two uncles,
Dan (Rita) Heitkamp of Wapakoneta and James Ross of St.
Marys; five aunts, Janice (Steve) MILLER of Wapakoneta,
Brenda (Tim) MONROE of Mendon, Janelle Heitkamp of St. Marys
and Jill SCHOEN and Jan HEMMELGARN, both of Celina. He was
preceded in death by one uncle, Darrell Heitkamp. Mr. Ross
was a 1991 graduate of Minster High school, he was employed
as a carpenter at Woehrmeyer Construction in Minster. He
enjoyed trailriding ATV's and motocross. Mass of Christian
Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's
Catholic Church of Glynwood with the Rev. Oscar Sager
officiating. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery, next
to the church. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4
p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today at Miller Funeral Home, 1605
Celina Road, St. Marys.

Scott Wayne Nester, 24, of Ohio 67, Wapakoneta, died at 7:55
a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2000, at Miami Valley Medical Center
in Dayton. He was born Dec. 22, 1975, in Lima, to Wayne A.
and Patricia "Trish" (Webb) Nester. Both parents
survive. Additional survivors include one sister, Kristin
Nester of Wapakoneta; paternal grandmother, Frances Nester of
Wapakoneta; aunts and uncles, Marc and Barb MAXSON, Peggy
HOWER, Kenny and Deb Nester, Dale and Beth Nester and Allan
Nester, all of Wapakoneta, Steven and Jennifer Nester of
Cincinnati and Terry and Carolyn LAY of Waynesfield and
numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by a paternal
grandfather, Thomas Nester; maternal grandparents, Joe and
Aretta Nester; and one uncle, Robert Webb. Mr. Nester worked
as a grinder with Crown Equipment, Celina Plant. He was a
member of A.B.A.T.E. and American Legion Post 330 Auxiliary
of Wapakoneta. He was an avid collector and photographer. He
was a 1995 graduate of Wapakoneta Senior High school. Funeral
services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bayliff &
Eley Funeral Home in Wapakoneta with the Rev. Don Smith
officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in
Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 p.m.
and from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial
contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, Auglaize
County Chapter.

Additional Information: Larry J. Howe, 59, of Xenia, and
formerly of New Knoxville, died Monday, Oct. 2, 2000, at
Green Memorial Hospital in Xenia. He was born June 10, 1941,
in New Knoxville to Donald and Naomi (Prueter) Howe. His
mother survives in New Knoxville. On May 18, 1991, he married
Sondra Johnson, who survives. Additional survivors include
two daughters, Stephanie (John) HOUSE of Versailles and Kelly
Howe of Brunswick; one son, Bart (Penny) Howe of Atglen, Pa.;
one step-son, Paul (Kristi) DISCHER Jr. of Cincinnati; one
step-daughter, Michelle (David) DOHERTY of Dayton, Ky.; three
grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; five brothers,
Thomas (Sally) Howe, Troy Howe, Ned Howe, Ted Howe, all of
New Knoxville and one sister, Joyce Howe of New Knoxville. He
was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Danny
Jay Howe. Mr. Howe was a member of the Bible Baptist Church
in Xenia. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday
at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia, with the
Rev. David E. McClellan officiating. The family will receive
friends from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Bolin, 85, 20036 Geyer Drive, formerly of Dayton, died
Sunday, Oct. 8, 2000, at 1:30 a.m. at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born Dec. 26, 1914, in Gratis, daughter of John Ellis
and Myrtle M. (Raymer) Thomas. On Dec. 22, 1946, she was
married to Curtis "Buster" Bolin. He died Nov. 23,
1959. Survivors include a son, Terry Thomas of Greenville,
and three daughters, Mrs. Don (Betty) FAULDER, with whom she
lived; Barbara WEGERZYN of Huber Heights and Mrs. Gary
(Carol) FRICK of Dayton; 12 grandchildren and 24 great-
grandchildren; a step-grandchild, five stepgreat-
grandchildren and a stepgreat-great-grandchild. She was
preceded in death by a son, a brother, a sister, three infant
grandchildren and her stepfather. Mrs. Bolin was a charter
member of the Indian Lake Baptist Church in Lakeview.
Services were held Oct. 11 at the Tobias Funeral Home in
Dayton, with Pastor Donald Faulder officiating. Interment was
in David's Cemetery, Dayton. Memorials may be made to the
Special Wish Foundation.

Huffman Sr., 83, formerly of Moulton, father of Charles A.
Huffman Jr. of Botkins, died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2000 at 4:52
p.m. at the Wapakoneta Manor Nursing Home. He was born May
17, 1917, in St. Marys, the son of Charles A. and Victoria
(Dorfer) Huffman. On Nov. 8, 1941, he married the former Mary
Ellen Schnell, who died June 21, 1993. Other survivors
include a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Jeanette) GRONAS of
Wapakoneta; three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; five
great and two step great-grandchildren. A brother and two
sisters preceded him in death. Mr. Huffman served in World
War II as a paratrooper in the European Theatre. He was
retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber in St. Marys. Services
wil be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Baliff and Eley Funeral
Home in Wapakoneta with the Rev. Rick Brouser officiating.
Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta where
graveside military rites will be conducted by VFW Post 8445.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m.
Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the
heart association.

Sr. 91, 103 Hickory St., died Friday, Oct. 13, 2000, at 3:45
p.m. at The Pavilion Nursing Home, where he had been a
resident since Aug. 1. He was born on July 29, 1909, in
Auglaize County, the son of John and Margaret (Schneider)
Limbert. On Oct. 28, 1937, he married the former Lorena
Steinke, who survives at home. Survivors include three sons,
Herbert Jr. of Fryburg, Raymond and Edward, both of Botkins;
a daughter, Luella Limbert STEINKE of Columbus; 12
grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Two brothers
preceded him in death. Mr. Limbert was retired form Superior
Tube Corp. in Wapakoneta. He was a member of Immaculate
Conception Church in Botkins, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie
691 of Wapakoneta, District 22 Bald Eagles and Botkins Senior
Citizens. His hobbies included fishing, playing cards and
woodworking. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at
10 a.m. at the church with the Rev. James Trick officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Johns Cemetery in Fryburg. Friends
may call today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Long and Folk
Funeral Home in the Wapakoneta Chapel. An Eagles memorial
service will be held at 8:30 p.m. tonight at the funeral

20.-Mrs. Louise Katterheinrich Schroelucke, widow of Henry
Schroelucke, died at 10:15 o'clock Monday evening at the home
of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey S.
Katterheinrich, three and a half miles east of New Knoxville
in Washington township. She was 81 years old. Mrs.
Schroelucke had been ill five months, suffering with general
infrmities. She was born September 10, 1851 south of New
Knoxville in Shelby county. On September 1, 1871, she was
married to Henry Schroelucke, who preceded her in death some
years ago. To them were born eleven children, four sons and
two daughters of whom preceded the parents in death. The
children surviving are: Mrs. L.H. WELLMAN, living on an
adjoining farm, Mrs. W.C. KUHLMAN, Toldeo, Mrs. Edwin HEIL,
formerly of St. Marys and now of Gallipolis, Mrs. C.A.
HOLTKAMP, Kettlersville, and Mrs. H.S. Katterheinrich on the
home farm. There are twenty-eight grandchildren and thirteen
great grandchildren. One brother left to mourn her death is
Louis Katterheinrich of Spencerville. In addition to the
relatives there are a great many friends. Mrs. Schroelucke
was a life-long member of the First Methodist church and was
a member too of the Methodist Ladies Aid Society. She was a
good mother and a devoted Christian. Funeral services are
arranged for Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the home
and 2 o'clock at the Methodist church with the Rev. J.C.
Kluesner officating. Burial will take place in Pilger Ruhe
cemetery.

he had resided the past 16 years. He was born June 27, 1938,
in Lexington, Ky., the son of Carl and Leona (Schmitmeyer)
Schmieder. Survivors include three brothers, Carl (Herberta)
Schmieder of Milford, the Rev. Mark C. Schmieder of
Cincinnati and Luke (Judy) Schmieder of Denver; and three
sisters, Lisa (Brian) KOSTUCH of Dayton, Darlene (Monte)
DIERINGER of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Linda (Leroy)
LAUTENSCHLAGER of St. Louis. Mr. Schmieder was a member of
St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster. Funeral services

/ Additional Information: Mrs. Rebecca Jane Morris, 88, Gold
Star mother, Widow of the late A.C. Morris, died at her home
at 1021 Hendricks Avenue, on Memorial Day afternoon at 4:10
o'clock. She had been ailing for two years and died of
complications. Born on January 9, 1861, in Shelby county, she
was a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Howell
Johnson. She moved to this county in 1895. On October 21,
1897, she was married to Mr. Morris. Surviving are a son,
Harold Raymond Morris, at home; six grandchildren; and three
great grandchildren. A son, Pearl Eugene Morris was killed in
World War I. Four half brothers and one half sister are also
deceased. Mrs. Morris was a Gold Star Mother and a member of
the Friends church. Funeral services wil be conducted
Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Yoder & Son
funeral home with the Rev. Lewis May officiating. Burial will
be in Elmgrove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home
from Wednesday noon until time of the final rites.

Charles "Bogie" Knight, 72, of St. Marys rural
route 2, died this morning at 5 o'clock at his residence west
of St. Marys on the Celina road. Mr. Knight, a retired
laborer, resided in this vicinity for 21 years. He formerly
lived in Celina. He was the son of the late Jacob C. and
Missouri Blake Knight. He is survived by his wife, Mary.
There are many friends both here and in Mercer County.
Funeral services will be conducted from Vale's funeral home,
Celina, Thursday afternoon at 2:30 with Rev. Glenn G. Hughes
officiating. Burial will be made in Riverside Cemetery at
Rockford. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon on
Wednesday and Thursday until the final rites.

Luther L. Temple, 43, of New Bremen rural route 1, died at
10:15 this morning at his residence of acute cardiac failure
after an illness of one week. A farmer by occupation, Mr.
Temple resided in this county during his entire lifetime. He
was born at his present residence on March 3, 1906, a son of
the late David Temple and Mrs. Christina Mox Temple. Besides
his mother, four brothers and one sister survives. Robert of
St. Marys, Lincoln and Harold, at home, Guy of New Bremen
rural route 1; and Mrs. Clinton (Pauline) NELSON of St. Marys
rural route 2. Funeral services are arranged for Sunday
afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Yoder & Son funeral home
with the Rev. Paul Zimmerman officiating. Burial will be in
Botkin Cemetery near Montezuma. Friends may call at the
funeral home Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday until
time of the final rites.
